Return & Refund Policy

Because our Animal Training Colleges diplomas and certificates are specialty novelty products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly after delivery. We will review the problem and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Please include your order number and photographs showing any damage or incorrect item.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
